Femi Adedeji has built a career getting in the rooms most enterprise teams struggle to access.

Over more than 20 years across Microsoft and high-growth SaaS environments, he became known for penetrating complex enterprise accounts, accelerating executive alignment and creating momentum in high-stakes competitive sales environments.

Today he combines that enterprise experience with AI-powered intelligence workflows designed to help organizations move faster into strategic accounts and accelerate revenue opportunities.

He founded FAxis after seeing the same pattern repeat across enterprise organizations: heavy technology investment paired with the kind of misaligned discovery that causes transformations to stall before they deliver real impact.
