Femi Adedeji has spent over 20 years at the intersection of enterprise technology, strategic growth, and executive advisory — with deep roots in Microsoft enterprise sales and high-growth SaaS environments.

He founded FAxis after seeing the same pattern repeat across enterprise organizations: heavy technology investment paired with the kind of misaligned discovery that causes transformations to stall before they deliver real impact.

Prior to FAxis, Femi led enterprise engagements across complex, high-stakes environments — including a 5,318-unit enterprise transformation involving the competitive displacement of a market-leading platform, and a $3.2M competitive win at Microsoft against Adobe, Salesforce, and Snowflake. That experience sharpened his belief that the quality of discovery determines the outcome of every transformation initiative that follows.
